Residential > Rail systems

With five different rail systems (G200, G160, G100, R60 and TS100), we offer a quality solution for every facade and every situation. The construction of our systems ensures that the garage door rolls up and down vertically. Every system, with the exception of the TS100, is fitted with torsion springs.

“A quality solution for every situation.”

All of our rail systems are constructed with an eye for detail. The patented Smart Connection system is a good example of this.

The innovative construction of our rail systems employs only high-quality materials to guarantee a long life.

G200

The G200 is a universal rail system that requires a top clearance of 200 mm. The torsion springs are located directly above the door.

G160

The G160 is a standard rail system that requires a top clearance of 160 mm. The torsion springs are located directly above the door.

G100

Our G100 rail system is the right choice when the installation height is limited. The system requires a top clearance of 100 mm. The torsion springs are located at the end of the horizontal rails.

R60

The R60 rail system is suitable for the replacement of or as a practical alternative for an old uninsulated tilting door. This system requires hardly any structural changes. The R60 requires a top clearance of just 60 mm and can only be electrically operated. The torsion springs are located at the end of the horizontal rails.

TS100

The TS100 rail system is similar to the G100. It requires a top clearance of 100 mm, however it features tension springs instead of torsion springs. The tension springs are located in the vertical rails.

This system can be rapidly installed thanks to the pre-tensioned springs.
