The ERA system offers a complete solution for door manufacturers by providing a configuration programme and machines in-house. This enables local production of industrial and residential track systems for faster delivery and improved flexibility, even in limited spaces.

For industrial track systems, manufacturers can stock profiles of different lengths and use the configuration to determine cutting and punching specifications. After configuration, these steps can be performed on the sawing and punch machines. The final step is assembling the track, which can be performed on the ERA assembly table.
