Panels not only give a fabulous look, our various panels also have their own functional advantages. The various panel types are explained below:
Our 40 millimetre thick steel sandwich panels (sections) slide together almost seamlessly. The front and back skins of the panels are made of steel. They are separated by a fire-retardant polyurethane (CFC-free) foam core. They are equipped with finger guards as standard.
Our thermally broken panel is not only lower in purchase price than the 40 mm finger guard panel. Thanks to the thermal break in the panel, a very favourable insulation value is achieved, which also means long-term savings on energy bills.
The insulation value of a 80 mm door is considerably higher than that of a 40 mm door. The panels are thermally broken and are therefore supplied without finger guards.
