A quality solution for any installation situation with five different track systems (TS100, G200, G160, G100 and R60) we offer a quality solution for every installation situation. All of our systems are constructed in such a way that the garage door opens and closes smoothly. The TS100 is fitted with extension springs, while the G200, G160, G100 and R60 are fitted with torsion springs.
Like the G100, the TS100 track system only requires free head room of 100 mm, but is fitted with extension springs rather than torsion springs. These extension springs are positioned in the vertical track. Thanks to the springs being pre-tensioned, the system can be very quickly installed.
The G200 is supplied standard with a 60 mm black lintel profile as top closure and two suspension profiles to attach the horizontal tracks to the ceiling. Further options are: white coated hinges, tensioning rods, pre-fitted shaft, installation material for wall mounting and two extra suspension profiles.
The G160 is a standard track system requiring free head room of 160 mm. The torsion springs are located directly above the door. The G160 is supplied standard with a 60 mm black lintel profile as top closure and two suspension profiles to attach the horizontal tracks to the ceiling. Further options are: white coated hinges, tensioning rods, pre-fitted shaft, installation material for wall mounting and two extra suspension profiles.
Our G100 track system is just what you need when there is not much room for installation. This system requires only 100 mm of free head room. The torsion springs are fitted to the end of the horizontal
track. The G100 is supplied standard with a 60 mm black lintel profile as top closure and two suspension profiles to attach the horizontal tracks to the ceiling. Further options are: white coated hinges, tensioning rods, pre-fitted shaft, installation material for wall mounting and two extra suspension profiles.
De R60 is een railsysteem dat geschikt is ter vervanging van of als praktisch alternatief voor een oude, ongeïsoleerde kanteldeur. Bouwkundige aanpassingen zijn bij dit systeem vrijwel onnodig. De R60 vereist een vrije bovenruimte van slechts 60 mm en kan enkel elektrisch bediend worden. De torsieveren bevinden zich aan het eind van de horizontale rails.
