ConDoor produces about 20,000 hardware systems for garage doors annually. Always to specification and always of a high quality. Our systems are perfectly suitable for both new construction and renovation products.

ConDoor Door Components offers rail systems with dimensions up to six by three meters and handling capabilities up to three hundred kilos for various panel thicknesses.

We offer as standard five types of garage door hardware systems:

  • Torsion springs front: G200/G160
  • Torsion springs rear: G100/R60
  • Tension springs: TS100

Torsion springs front

G200

The G200 is a universal rail system that requires a top clearance of 200 mm. The torsion springs are located directly above the lintel.

G160

The G160 is a standard rail system that requires a top clearance of 160 mm. The torsion springs are located directly above the lintel.

Torsion springs rear

G100

The G100 is a rail system that requires a top clearance of 100 mm. The torsion springs are located at the end of the horizontal rails.

R60

The R60 is a rail system suitable for renovation projects with a top clearance of just 60 mm. This system must be electrically operated. The torsion springs are located at the end of the horizontal rails.

Tension springs

TS100

The TS100 is the same rail system as the G100, but is fitted with tension springs in the vertical rails. This system is unique, because the springs are preassembled, preinstalled and pre-tensioned.
